ZAZU.

A collaboration between the Münster University of Applied Sciences (Fachhochschule Münster) and Westfalenfeliß GmbH.

ZAZU keeps food fresh by providing users with two cutting surfaces. The groove ensures that meats and vegetables remain separated while preventing liquids from spreading. In addition, rubber strips have been inset into the bottom of the board to prevent movement and slipping. With a minimal design aesthetic that showcases the intricate pattern of the natural wood grain, this cutting board not only provides users with a smooth cutting surface but can also be presented as an elegant serving platter at your next dinner party.
